Guilherme França

Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of USP, specializing in Digitalization and Finance. He has experience as an executive and entrepreneur, structuring operations and businesses, leading teams in large companies such as: Volkswagen, Unilever and LATAM. He holds CFA certification and CVM authorization for investment fund management.

Gabriel Loschiavo

Lawyer graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Specialist in Corporate Law from Getulio Vargas Foundation – FGV-SP and MBA in Business Management from IBMEC-SP. Has experience in the area of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, having worked at the law firm Mattos Filho Advogados.

Giovanni Montoneri

A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in business development, innovative solutions, and customer experience. He has held leadership positions at multinational companies like Decathlon and Leroy Merlin, where he has been responsible for strategic planning, digital transformation, Country Opening and overseeing large teams. Has a Master's degree in Telecommunications and a background in Electrical Engineering.

Pedro Moussallem

A legal and business executive with strong experience in corporate law, governance, business development, and commercial growth. Throughout his career, he has led strategic initiatives focused on sales, client relationships, and company expansion, working closely with legal departments, executives, and institutional stakeholders. He holds a Law degree and an LL.M. in Business Law, with a focus on Corporate Law and Capital Markets, and also pursued graduate studies in Regulation at FGV. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable exposure to innovation and intellectual property matters while supporting legal activities related to research and technology projects at Petrobras.
