Guilherme França
Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of USP, specializing in Digitalization and Finance. He has experience as an executive and entrepreneur, structuring operations and businesses, leading teams in large companies such as: Volkswagen, Unilever and LATAM. He holds CFA certification and CVM authorization for investment fund management.
Speaks: Portuguese, English, French, German
Gabriel Loschiavo
Lawyer graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Specialist in Corporate Law from Getulio Vargas Foundation – FGV-SP and MBA in Business Management from IBMEC-SP. Has experience in the area of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, having worked at the law firm Mattos Filho Advogados.
Speaks: Portuguese, Spanish, English, Italian
Giovanni Montoneri
A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in business development, innovative solutions, and customer experience. He has held leadership positions at multinational companies like Decathlon and Leroy Merlin, where he has been responsible for strategic planning, digital transformation, Country Opening and overseeing large teams. Has a Master's degree in Telecommunications and a background in Electrical Engineering.
